Grace Home which
houses ten children (birth to age 18) who might otherwise be
homeless or in abusive circumstances. Each child enjoys a safe,
cozy bed and personal belongings to call his own, and a guaranteed
place at the family dining table for three fine meals daily.
Qualified foster parents ensure supervision and nurturing--all of
which creates an often first-time positive experience in the lives

"the
dreamsicles - the grooviest duo since batman and
robin, sonny and cher, bonnie and clyde, pumpkin and pie. one part cary cooper,
one part tom prasada-rao, mix
together, shake but don't stir, and the sum of the parts becomes a
magical concoction where songs about ice cream become songs about
love, where whimsical, playful notions, become powerful
provocative songs, unafraid to be vulnerable, unafraid to be
straightforward - to say what they mean, and to mean what they
say."

Organ
and Tissue Donation
Transplantation saves lives, but only if you help. All you need to
do is say yes to organ and tissue donation on your donor card
and/or driver's license and discuss your decision
with your family.
Each
day about 68 people receive an organ transplant, but another 18
people on the waiting list die because not enough organs are
available.
Talk
to your family members about organ and tissue donation so they
know your wishes. Even if you've signed something, your family may
be asked to give consent before donation can occur.
